Vindication! I had ice cream from Switzerland when I was 18. It was the best ice cream I had ever had. In the US, the only thing close in my memory was frozen custard from Culver’s. Here, everyone was saying it was Gelato, and nothing could be better than Gelato. I agree that Gelato is good, but I had to prove that Swiss ice cream was not gelato. Wendy, Zarina, and I had proper ice cream tonight and they both agreed, this is better than gelato! 🍨
