Czech ice cream is a mixed bag — much of what's sold near Old Town Square is industrial — and Angelato is the antidote. Family-run, milk from local farms, real fruit, and a flavour list that rotates daily; the salted caramel and the basil-strawberry sorbet are perennial favourites. The Rytířská shop is two minutes from the Estates Theatre.
