Founded by František Myšák in 1911, served by waitresses in white aprons, and now run by the Ambiente group with the original interior carefully restored. Order a větrník (caramel-glazed choux), a špička, or one of their ice cream cups; the upstairs room is calmer than the takeaway counter. A good rest stop between Old Town and the National Museum.
